Take advantage of the rooftop pool and sun terrace for relaxation after exploring Santiago. they provide a lovely atmosphere and great views.

missingWrote a review on Nov 30spacious terracemodern decorconfusing breakfast
The studio apartment had a spacious layout and a lovely terrace that offered a great view of the surroundings. The room's decor was modern and aesthetically pleasing, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day.
The included breakfast option was a mess, with only a handful of items available while the rest would cost extra. Confusion around what was included led to unexpected charges due to language barriers, which could use a lot more clarity. Additionally, late check-out was allowed for just 30 minutes, and even then, they insisted on calling to hurry you out, which was unnecessary pressure in an already stressful situation.

modern building, cozy common areas, rooftop pool
More effort could be put into providing a general WiFi code for the entire building!!! The gym machines need to be updated, and the self-service laundry card system is quite inconvenient.

The rooftop pool was a charming spot for relaxation, transforming my evenings into unwinding sessions with stunning views of the cityscape.
I found the breakfast options to be limited, often missing variety and originality, which could enhance the overall dining experience significantly.

10/10
Yo, the rooftop pool was my jam, perfect spot to chill. Staff was super friendly, and the room was well lit with plenty of storage. The balcony became our coffee oasis, just watching the Andes. Only bummer? They don’t have USB outlets, so pack your adapter, alright?

The suite exuded luxury with a well-stocked kitchen and a Nespresso machine that made mornings delightful. Ample seating in common areas offered a perfect setting for downtime or reading. However, the gym felt somewhat cramped during peak hours, and there was a noticeable lack of USB charging outlets in the room, which made device charging challenging at times. Lastly, the breakfast options, while initially promising, could benefit from more variety to enhance the overall dining experience.

I really enjoyed the lounging area on the 18th floor and the comfy bed in my junior suite, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were awesome spots to relax and soak up some sun. Just a tip, wish they had more variety in the breakfast options, but it didn’t take away from my great experience! ☀️

great stay,, but minor issues
The rooftop pool offered a charming spot for relaxation, though small, it had a lovely atmosphere. Complimentary coffee pods added a nice touch to the already well-equipped room, making mornings more enjoyable. I really appreciated the light-filled space and good wardrobe storage, which made unpacking a breeze. Plus, the balcony provided a great view of the nearby garden, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee and unwinding.
The gym, while useful, felt cramped for the number of guests.
